tl;dr: Would absolutely use again. Counters installed within 1.5 weeks from selection of materials; installed for 2 months now and we're very pleased. Even with a minor fabrication issue, we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We selected Granite Impressions after reading a number of reviews and learning that they could meet our desired install window. Because they perform only residential installations, they are able to (per them) perform most installations within two weeks of initial contact. Josh was our sales representative - very pleasant and easy to work with; he was very transparent with how they operate and clearly defined what we should expect from start to finish. Our counters are quartz and we chose a "Silgranite" sink from Blanco; fabrication is beautiful and installed perfectly. With the minor exception of a fabrication issue that is NOT the fault of Granite Impressions, but rather a poorly constructed wall in our kitchen, everything was perfect. The issue was quickly resolved within; Josh came by the same day, identified the issue and re-measured; the issue was resolved within 3 business. It's been just over two months since the install and we're incredibly pleased with the quality of the materials and work. The cost of the project was competitive (if not a little better) with other companies, including big box stores, but I feel like our experience was more personalized, making the whole thing feel just a little "extra." I feel like we got more for our dollar. Considering the overall experience, we would absolutely use Granite Impressions again recommend them for your kitchen or bath project!

We found Granite Impressions online and emailed to schedule an estimate. Josh was able to come to the house quickly to measure. We then visited the warehouse to look at the slabs and samples available. I loved the sample kitchen with different sinks to look at since it's hard for me to imagine what it will look like in my house. We contacted them after we made our decision and they were able to do the installation the next week. We noticed one of the small countertops was shorter than the others so we contacted Josh and he said they would cut a new piece and come out to re-install it. Josh has been great to work with. He's very friendly and personable.

We had an excellent experience with Granite Impressions. Juan was responsive and helpful. They were out to measure quickly and had the countertops installed within 3 weeks of my initial inquiry. Their prices are great and the work is top notch. They truly exceed my expectations. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone!

The Granite Impressions team replaced a 1970s style vanity top at my home in Kansas City with a new quartz top today (2/22/2023). I am extremely happy with how professional the team was throughout the entire process, from initial contact all the way through completion of the project. The installation had some intricacy's associated with it, and the team was able to remove the vanity top and completely install the new one extremely quick, and with high quality. I would 100% recommend Granite Impressions to anyone in the KC area looking for similar services.

Great Customer Service!! Very professional and easy to work with. Juan was our contact person from the time we received the quote through installation. He was exceptionally polite, patient, responsive and answered all our questions. He was also instrumental when we met to decide how to cut the slabs so pieces at the seam would match. Ismael and his team provided a great customer service / experience with fabrication and installation. They were very courteous and professional. Ismael recommended an edge solution so the granite would have a nicer finish. Overall, great customer service experience from the beginning to the end. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication, fair price and high quality service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We love the finished product, it's so beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

Granite Impressions exceeded all of our expectations! Manager, Ismael, demonstrated excellent customer service and communication, from the day we first spoke with him, throughout the installation process, and even checking in after our quartz countertops were installed. From scheduling, to having our countertops measured, to installation, all members of the Granite Impressions team were friendly, accommodating, and professional, and we are extremely pleased with their high quality of workmanship.
